★ About Bus Reservations to Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort
The ski resort's opening date may be delayed due to insufficient snowfall. Reservations will open once the opening date is confirmed.

You cannot board the bus if it is fully booked. When reserving your outbound trip, please also reserve your return trip. (If you do not reserve a return seat, you may not be able to board if the bus is full)
This bus operates on a reservation-only basis with unassigned seating.
Please board only at your reserved but stop. (Boarding at other stops may not be allowed)
You may be assigned an auxiliary (fold-out) seat.
*How to Make a Reservation
1. Reserve via the official Chuo Bus Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort Line website
• Credit card payments accepted (JCB, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX). (Payments handled by Premium Hokkaido)
• After payment, a confirmation email with a voucher will be sent. Please show a printed copy or display it on your mobile phone when boarding.
• If using a ski bus pack ticket for elementary/junior high students or senior citizens, please present an age verification document (such as a passport copy) when boarding.
• If you do not wish to use a credit card, please get in touch with the reservation company (reservations by Premium Hokkaido) in advance. Only cash is accepted on the bus (Japanese yen). IC cards (Suica, Kitaca, SAPICA, etc.) are not accepted for payment.
2. Make a reservation by phone
Call the Hokkaido Chuo Bus Sapporo Terminal at 0570-200-600. (Note that carrier rates apply while making a call)
*Important Notes
Reservations and ticket purchases cannot be made at Chuo Bus or Jotetsu Bus counters. Tickets must be purchased or exchanged on board. For ski resort event information, please visit the official Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort website (https://www.sapporo-kokusai.jp/en/).
*If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please do so by 4:00 PM the day before your boarding date using the link provided in your confirmation email.
*No changes or cancellations can be made after 4:00 PM on the day before departure. The full fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
*If service is canceled due to reasons beyond the rider's control (such as bad weather or ski resort closure due to insufficient snow), a full refund will be issued.

*Ski and snowboard boots are not permitted on board. If you bring skis or snowboards, please put them in a special case. We appreciate your cooperation as this may cause damage to luggage in the trunk.

*For buses bound for Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, you cannot get off at any stops along the way until the final stop.

*Unless otherwise noted, child fare applies to whom are between ages of 6-11 on the date the ticket is issued. Under the age of 5, when a seat is not required, there is no charge for one child per one adult.
Ski bus pack ticket
If you are using a ski bus pack ticket for children, junior high/high school students, or seniors, please present proof of age (a copy of your passport, etc.) on the day of boarding.

*Credit cards and electronic money cannot be used on the bus. Credit card payment is possible when reserving from the website.
*Place of sale: On the bus
*An additional 500 yen deposit is required when exchanging your lift ticket at the ski resort counter.
*Senior pack, primary school and junior high/high school student ski bus pack ticket users must bring proof of age (such as a copy of their passport).
Please show your voucher to the staff on the bus and receive your ski package ticket. At that time, the staff will circle the departure time for your return trip.
