Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort will be changing to a reservation system from the 2024 operation.
About Reservations for the Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort Buses
Due to a lack of snow, the reservation opening date for the Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort Line has not been decided yet.
Please note that the reservation opening date will be determined once operations have been confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
Updates will be posted on the Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort and Hokkaido Chuo Bus websites.

If the bus is full, you will not be able to board.When reserving the outbound bus, please note that you must also reserve the return bus. (If you do not reserve the return bus, you may not be able to board if the bus is full.)
In addition, this bus is a reservation capacity system (unreserved seats). You may be assigned an extra seat.
Please be sure to board from the reserved stop. (You may not be able to board from stops other than the reserved stop.)
*Reservations will begin in November. (We will announce the details on the Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort website and Hokkaido Chuo Bus website as soon as they are decided.)
*How to make a reservation
1. Make a reservation through the Chuo Bus Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort website
・Payment can be made by credit card (JCB, VISA, MASTER, AMEX). (Agency: Premium Hokkaido)
・After payment is completed, you will receive an email with the voucher attached, so please hand over a printed copy when boarding. You can also show the screen of your mobile phone.
・If you are using a ski bus pack ticket for children, junior high school students, or seniors, please also show proof of age (such as a copy of your passport) on the day of boarding.
・If you are unable to use a credit card, please inform the reservation company in advance. You can pay by cash (Japanese yen only) on the bus on the day of boarding. IC cards cannot be used.
2. Make a reservation by phone
Reservations can be made by calling Hokkaido Chuo Bus Sapporo Terminal Navi Dial 0570-200-600.
*Note
Reservations and ticket purchases cannot be made at the Chuo Bus and Jotetsu Bus counters. Tickets must be purchased and exchanged on the bus.

*To change or cancel your reserved bus or the number of people, please access the link page included in the reservation email before 5pm on the day before your trip.
*Please note that after payment, changes or cancellations cannot be made after 5pm on the day before your trip. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
*If the trip is cancelled through no fault of yours (such as bad weather or the ski resort being closed due to lack of snow), we will provide a full refund.

*For buses bound for Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, you cannot get off at any stops along the way until the final stop.

Ski bus pack ticket
If you are using a ski bus pack ticket for children, junior high/high school students, or seniors, please present proof of age (a copy of your passport, etc.) on the day of boarding.

*Children under 6 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. However, there is only one free infant per adult.
*Ski bus pack ticket contents: round-trip bus ticket + ski resort lift ticket (1-day ticket) Can ride Sapporo Daiichi Kanko Bus and Jotetsu Bus.
*Credit cards and electronic money cannot be used on the bus. Credit card payment is possible when reserving from the website.
*Place of sale: On the bus
*Lift tickets can be exchanged on days other than the purchase date.
*An additional 500 yen deposit is required when exchanging your lift ticket at the ski resort counter.
*Ski bus pack tickets are valid for the duration of the ski bus operation.
*Senior pack, primary school and junior high/high school student ski bus pack ticket users must bring proof of age (such as a copy of their passport).
Please show your voucher to the staff on the bus and receive your ski package ticket. At that time, the staff will circle the departure time for your return trip.
