*Regarding the closure of the walking path from the “Women’s Prohibition Gate(Nyonin-kinsei-no-mon)” to the lighthouse and the walking path to the observation deck on the north side of Kamui Cape on the “Shakotan Cape Scenic Course”

Due to a bear sighting near Shiretoko Cape on August 9, access to some of the walking paths and observation decks at Shiretoko Cape will be prohibited for the time being.

●Restricted period at Kamui Cape: From Monday, August 11 (holiday) to Saturday, August 16.
